The first course at Access Consciousness is called “The Bars®”. There are 32 points on your head that, when touched gently, effortlessly and easily dissolve everything that is not allowing you to receive. It’s like pressing the delete key on your computer. All the thoughts, feelings and emotions that keep you stuck and repeating the same patterns over and over in your life are simply released.

Taking an Access Bars course is a prerequisite for all Access Consciousness® core courses, as this allows your body to process and receive the changes you choose with ease.

What happens during the course?
The Bars course is a one-day hands-on course where participants learn the Bars points and give two Bars sessions and receive two Bars sessions.

Questions that are often asked during a course are:
What are the bars?
How can I tell if the bars are running?
How do I find the bar points?
What does it change when you run the bars?
You can ask all the questions! Each class is co-created by anyone who chooses to come to that particular class.
